Thank you for coming to visit my learning blog.This will be my last post because I am going on holiday waikowhai primary I have enjoyed using this blog to share my learning with you all.I hope you have enjoyed reading about my learning too.

   

Today we had to read another national library books first we read for 15 mins  next we had to go on thing link and answer some questions

Today room 7 read national library book for 15 minutes then we took a picture of our book.Then we went on our Chromebooks next we went on thing link. we had To answer some questions,after that we  had to write how we posted it, on to our blogs hope you enjoy.

Today our cyber smart teacher James we made a map and show how far people have travelled in their life time ? Joshua Cossey has travelled form Malaysia to New Zealand we went on our cyber smart page and made a map room 8 an 9 did it before us but that made it easier for us because we can now easily because can just find where other people are most people were born here.

Why do people make the choice to move to different countries?

To try live in new places an if they like the place they might stay

Is this a trend in NZ society? What does the media tell us?
i do not think different parts of New Zealand has the same culture difference. New Zealand is changing every day houses are becoming more expensive like when people were born in New Zealand an lived here for years some other culture buys the house the you want and they even pay more than there post to.

This video is about colour of people and being racist so a lot of people being racist like people saying Muslim people are terrorist so this is a video that basically saying not to be racist. I felt depressed and sad that people where being racist. Please watch it and leave a comment of how you felt.

MY famous Idol/team Slogoman

Last week room 7  made a slides about famous people that we respect my title is things you probably didn't know Slogoman I chose Slogoman he is a YouTuber  he is known for his Gta 5 and gaming videos here is some things you didn't know about Slogoman.

Over the past few weeks Room 7 has been making clay mythical creatures to show at the waikowhai primary school art show first we had to go on google and look for ideas on mythical creature nothing on google caught me eye except for the dragon but Mr Ross said it is going to break inside the kelm. The kelm makes the clay hard i also called my clay mythical creature bob.

MY BOOK TRAILER  CONSPIRACY 365 JANUARY 

Room 7 have been reading books in the library. We found the book we like to read the most and make a books trailer to make others want to read our book. We had to use i movie on the iPad's we had to collect pictures from the internet and post is on our trailer. My books name was called Conspiracy 365 January watch my movie trailer to find out about my book.

My Circuit

 On Monday Room 7, 8 and 9 went to the hall to make circuits that link to our Inquiry topic electricity.  We got in groups of three from different classes and we were given Brain Box kits. The kits were full of circuit pieces as well as instructions of how to make all the different types of circuits. First our group made a light circuit. We needed 2 batteries, a switch and two connectors a light we join it together and boom the light was on this was the most amazing thing in the world . Next we made a helicopter we needed a fan connector a switch a fan motor 2 battery's and a fan unit. 

Do you think it would be different if you did this activity on a weekend? WHY?Waikowhai school blog because i like to browse on it and just see what is new

Why do you think the word ‘Google’ comes up so much when looking through your history?I think Google because it comes up the most in the top right corner because everything is basically owns it.

 If i   play games in the weekend it is fine so no because it is the weekend and if your parents are okay with it your a fine
